The school has four teaching and research sections including the section of Computer Applied Technology, the section of Network Technology, the section of System Structure and the section of software. It is staffed with 65 full-time teachers; of which 49 hold either masters or doctorate degrees and including 16 professors and associate professors.
This school pays attention to integrating theory with practice, focusing on the application and system of teaching. It aims to train high-level professionals of engineering who will be able to engage in design and implementation of computer hardware, development and maintenance of computer software systems and the management and maintenance of computer networks. Students are required to systematically learn the basic theory and other specialized knowledge of computer science, and receive multiple training in computer engineering practice.
It offers study programs at 2 levels:
1. Undergraduate program in computer science and technology.
2. Three-year programs in computer applied technology, computer software technology, computer information management, and software technology.
The good studying atmosphere, advanced teaching equipment and the best network service benefit all of the students and make the school more energetic.
